Improvements!

H & R Blocks form of managing all incoming calls through their central phone system by setting up appointments is not helpful to customers like me...who would prefer to speak with a local representative in any of the two all year round office in Hawaii.  Got a 2010 error that still needs to be fixed.  I wish getting the help I required was easier than waiting 2 days or more for a returned phone call from a H&R representative or scheduling an office appointment to get help!

If the office has openings for same day appointment...I'd think they could answer their own phone calls and give immediate feedback to customers like myself.
